Ms. Heidi Hung
Heidi HY Hung, MSt (Oxon), graduated from The University of Hong Kong’s Government and Laws programme, with BSocSc and LLB. She went on to read international law as a Rhodes Scholar at The University of Oxford, where she obtained her Master of Studies in Legal Research. She worked in the HKSAR Government as an Administrative Officer for over six years after graduation, with experience in legal aid, food safety and government budgets. She later assumed the role of Senior Manager at Oxfam Hong Kong engaging in global anti-poverty campaigns. She is currently a PhD candidate in public health at The Chinese University of Hong Kong focusing on chronic diseases among the working population, in particular diabetes patients.
