Ms. Karman Wong
Karman has been working for the hospitality industry for more than 10 years. Her first job was as a flight attendant for a Japan based company. She has also spent 7-8 years in 3 different hotels including the Ritz-Carlton, Peninsula and Island Shangri-la from a guest services agent to a training specialist. She has extensive knowledge on creating the best guest experience and loves connecting with people.
Over the past 5 years, she has worked for Apple, the world's most innovative company focusing on how to connect people by using technology. The role of store manager has allowed her to become a true and authentic leader with support from the mentors and lots of good people.
Afterwards, she has taken the chance to work in a museum named M+, a 20/21st century visual art culture museum that targets to open at the end of 2020 or early 2021. Her job is to create a successful framework based on visitors which contributes to the overall museum strategy. On the other hand, she also has to keep inspiring her team to become the best not only at work but as a human being. Currently, Karman is taking a Master course at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts of London to learn more about the art world.
